Landlords established the Landlord Association of PA in 1995. We offer nationwide, up-to date information to our members to aid them in making sound credit decisions for new tenants.

Membership is $85 per year
How do I join
Download, complete and sign our Membership Forms (click Apply Now from Home Page). Include documentation to confirm you are a landlord, then pay the Membership Dues of $85 - you can pay by check or credit card
What happens next
You will receive a welcome packet which includes: your Membership number, a packet of forms with instructions on how to login to our website, and a Membership sticker to post on site.
